Refund Options
Customers can choose one of the following options upon return approval:
- Full Refund: Credited to your store wallet (processing time: 5-10 business days)
- Store Credit: Available immediately for future purchases
- Exchange: Subject to product availability
Important Notes
- Refunds will be reflected in your wallet account within the store platform, which can be used for future transactions.
- The return process will begin only after we receive and inspect the returned items.
- Items found ineligible during inspection will be sent back to the customer.
